Haiku Quilter

by Heather on March 3, 2012

My husband and I went out last night to chat over a glass of wine and some appetizers. One of the topic of conversations was the idea of me trying to write up patterns for some of my quilts. I said that the patterns would go as follows:

  1.  Get fabric. Get more fabric. Cut fabric.
  2.  Throw onto huge design wall.
  3.  Stand back, tilt head side to side. Take picture and text to other quilters.
  4.  Sew it all together before you change your mind.

My husband thought it sounded like a Haiku and I should call myself the Haiku Quilter.

The Haiku Quilter

Cut wonky fabric
Throw onto a design wall
Sew all together

Have a great Saturday!
